Shipping and Returns Policy

At Bubblefast we pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping. Most items are packed by us and shipped from our Gurnee, IL warehouse. We generally ship within 1 business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Charges

All of our items include FREE SHIPPING to any street address in the continental US.  Additional charges may apply for other addresses. (For some small packages additional fees may not be required.)
We are not currently offering international shipping.

Shipping Methods

To keep our prices competitive we utilize a number of shipping methods including USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, UPS (Ground, Home or Ground Saver), FedEx (Ground, Home or Ground Economy) and Spee-Dee Delivery (local courier service).  We determine the optimal solution to get your packages to you as quickly as possible.

If you need faster shipping, please contact us for an expedited shipping quote. We will do our very best to get your items to you when you need them.

Tracking

As soon as items are shipped, tracking numbers will be posted to your order.  Click on your profile to access your order history.

Returns

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.  If you wish to return your items please contact us, via phone at (877) 599-7447 or e-mail (sales@bubblefast.com) within 14 days for return instructions.  Upon receipt of returned items in resellable condition we will issue a full refund.  Return shipping to us will be the responsibility of the buyer unless we have shipped an incorrect or defective item.  Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy.
