Shipping Policy

At Bubblefast we pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping. Most items are packed by us and shipped from our Gurnee, IL warehouse. We generally ship within 24-48 hours. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Methods

Our primary shipping service is FedEx Ground. For smaller or lightweight products we may choose to ship via Priority Mail or First Class Mail. All packing peanuts ship via First Class Mail.

Orders going to AK, PR, GU or HI or to an APO or FPO military address will generally be shipped via Parcel Post. Additional charges may apply.

If you need faster shipping, please contact us for an expedited shipping quote. We will do our very best to get your items to you when you need them.

Shipping Charges

Most of our items include FREE SHIPPING!

Some very large or heavy items do not include shipping. These are indicated with a “Plus Shipping” designation on the site. These are items where the cost to ship nearby is significantly different than shipping to more distant locations. To keep costs commensurate with what we actually have to pay, we use a shipping calculator which provides the least expensive shipping to your zip code. After you add an item to your cart you can click on the Estimated Shipping Charges link to get a shipping quote.

Note: May of our products are quite large. All shipping providers assess shipping charges for these items according to “dimensional” rather than actual rate. For example, a 24” tall roll of bubble wrap that actually weighs 4 pounds is charged as if it weighed 41 pounds. (According to the formula LxWxH/194). We have negotiated with FedEx to get the very best shipping rates available for these large packages and always pass our savings on to you.

Tracking

Tracking is available for all FedEx shipments. For items shipped via USPS you will receive a delivery confirmation number. Our Post Office does not scan our packages so there may not be any information available until the package is actually delivered. Tracking and/or delivery confirmation numbers will be sent to the e-mail address you provide within 24 hours.
